Team ABAD Property Management Services, Kochi is happy that Trinity World association have found us competent to provide complete facility management services for their large residential township in Kakkanad, Kochi which comprises of 843 apartments in 4 towers built up in 6.5 acres of land. A well trained 50 member team managed by a facility officer is appointed at the site. The services includes housekeeping, MEP services, Security and Gardening.
